Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used toward future purchases of curtains, textiles, or installation services and does not expire.
